Chief Justice of Bangladesh Surendra Kumar Sinha said the judiciary can be critised, if and when occation demands. Reported the daily Star. Today he was addressing at a workshop as chief guest. He said, “But if the criticism is illegitimate and irresponsible, it may lead
to immeasurable harm to the institution of the judiciary,”. It is a matter of satisfaction that the public at large continue to
hold our judicial institution in high esteem, despite its shortcomings,
SK Sinha said.
“We are aware of the great responsibility bestowed on us,” he added.
